there are tons of different methods to make gifs. i wont lay down my entire step-by-step process, but basically i use a screencapture program to pull 2-3 second .avis off of youtube or whatever and then just use photoshop to convert those frames to animation layers. some people like to download the entire video and work off that, but that seems wasteful of memory
search “gif tutorial” in tags and people will explain it way better than i do. i should also mention i mess with the colors a lot in photoshop and sometimes add filters. those are just personal aesthetic choices tho
i turned on submissions as a temporary ask function, but you can also submit gifs thats fine??? just tag correctly
